Application pool 'FastvueDashboardAppPool' is being automatically disabled

When browsing to Fastvue for TMG you may see "Server error 503".

Check your application event log. If you see the error "Application Pool 'FastvueDashboardAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool", the .NET framework version that the Application Pool is set incorrectly. It needs to be set to .NET v2.0.

Go into IIS (Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager), expand your server and go to Application Pools. Find the FastvueDashboardAppPool and click Basic Settings. Choose .NET Framework v2.0.50727 from the .NET framework drop down list and click OK.

Browse to the Fastvue dashboard again and the issue should be resolved.
