A customer today has complained that the scheduled monthly report on the company usage is blank.
One of the support guys for this customer has advised that sometime during the month he moved the location for the data from the C: drive to a new L: drive.
After quite a bit of testing, it appears that 1 day in the month has no data, comes out with a blank report, but all other days for the month are fine.
I can report from day 1 to day 14 and then day 16 to day 30 and have data, but if I include day 15 or do day 15 on its own, it is blank.
Can you advise why this may be happening.
