Change date and time Dashborad

Hi, I would like to know how can I change the time of the reports in the Dashboard.

Rigth now my computer has 14:43 in te clock, but the dashboard shows me another time (from 19:58 to 23:13) in the Past 15 minutes Panel; When it should shows me in this panel from 14:28 to 14:43

Thanks for getting in touch about this.

Can you check that the 'Fastvue TMG Reporter' service is running on the Fastvue server. If the service has stopped, you could be looking at old cached information on the dashboard.

If everything is running correctly, can you check the timezone of your TMG server and tell us what log format you are using? TMG usually logs in UTC but we have seen situations where it logs in local time depending on the log format.

TMG Reporter processes all records as UTC on the server and this is converted to your local time by your browser.
