The *Timeout Expired* error indicates that the Fastvue Arbiter on your TMG Server is having issues querying your log files and/or responding to the Fastvue server. This indicates an under-resourced TMG server. Can you check the performance (RAM / CPU) of your TMG Server and make sure everything is running smoothly?

It seems that your Fastvue server is spec'd well for RAM. How many CPU's / cores does it have?
