No data in Dashboard

I'm using Fastvue TMG Reporter version .
I've setup one virtual machine (8 VCPU and 8GB VRAM) to access our TMG using Fastvue Arbiter (firewall rule is on). I've successfully connected to the Arbiter agent using Sources settings and it reports over 185,990,000 records found being the first record on 2017-01-06 00:00. Yet when I go to the Dashboard I don't see any information. Reporting doesn't show any data either.
Looking at Dashboard.log I got errors like:

2017-03-07 17:28:23.764 Error SerializerSocketHandler.SocketThread Socket error in Protocol Receive: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Receive(Byte[] buffer, Int32 size, SocketFlags socketFlags)
at Fastvue.Library.Communication.SerializerProtocolSupport.Receive(Socket socket)
2017-03-07 17:30:37.677 Fatal LicensingEngine.Run License is not valid. Dashboard will no longer import data.

Also my C:\ProgramData\FastVue\TMGReporter directory is only 1,8 MB in size so it seems records are not being stored locally.

It's a freshly installed system so i'm on my trial period for 30 days. Any idea why I'm not getting any data?

The error shown in your dashboard.log, *License is not valid. Dashboard will no longer import data.* indicates that your trial or license has expired or otherwise become invalid. This can happen if you change the server's name or workgroup/domain membership after installing the software.

We can issue you a trial extension key to use instead. However, you are also running a very old build of TMG Reporter. We strongly recommend removing the current version you have installed and then installing the latest version from

Once you've installed the latest version, if your trial is still showing as expired then contact us at and we can arrange a trial extension key for you.

Indeed I've changed my server's domain to workgroup and that was the culprit. I've installed the latest version 3.0 and it immediately reported trial has expired. Since it was a VM I’ve reverted to my previous checkpoint and installed it all over again, this time with 3.0 and it’s working. Thanks.
