We are a current customer of FastVue and my question is does FastVue record a general entrie for when a user access's an HTTPS site? I understand that details would be encrypted but wanted to know if it would at least show a landing entry for example https:\\

Thank you in Advance.

Fastvue is capable of providing reports of user activity with HTTPS traffic utilizing DPI-SSL (Deep Packet Inspection of SSL traffic) once enabled on SonicWall.

The link below provides details of the configuration process. See the section called Enable SonicWall DPI-SSL.

An alternative option is to enable HTTPS Content filtering in SonicWall.
Go to *Security Services | Content Filtering* and check the *Enable HTTPS Content Filtering* checkbox or enable DPI-SSL as above (recommended).

Hey Brent,

I'm just checking in to see how everything is going with Fastvue Reporter for SonicWall. Where you able to activate DPI-SSL and did that resolve your question?

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!
