Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear about the data Migration issue. To remove the Data migration process, follow the steps below.

You can cancel the Data Migration by deleting the older data store while the service is not running. When the service starts, it will see that there is no old data to migrate and just carry on. To do this:
1. Go to *Settings | Data Storage | Settings* and note the data location.
2. Stop the Fastvue Reporter for SonicWall service in services.msc
3. On the Fastvue Server, navigate to the data location and delete the *Data.fvfs* folder. This deletes the entire 'old' data store.
4. Start the Fastvue Reporter for SonicWall service.

Give the software a couple of minutes, then go to *Settings | Data Storage* and you should not see a data migration process.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or issues.

I'm just checking in to see how everything is going with Fastvue Reporter. Did the last answer help you with cancelling the data migration?

We forward to hearing from you.

We didn't hear back from you after our follow up email last week. I hope everything is going well with Fastvue Reporter. I'll go ahead and resolve this case, but please let us know if you have any further issues or questions.
