Hi there,

Got my first question ;-)
We've deteled some databases from TMG2010 and now TMG reporter keeps trying to connect to these databases.
How do i clean this messages? Or tell TMG Reporter that this databases is not there anymore :-)

Hi Stephan,

Thanks for letting us know about this. Can you tell me what build you are currently running (Settings | About)? Is the source still importing records?

There is a way to clear your import issues using our API. For information on how to do this please see:

Or you can download and install our latest development build at and you will see a 'Clear all issues' button when you view your list of import issues.

Let me know how this goes, and if the issue reappears after clearing.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your reply, sorry for my late reply. Was waiting for mail (oeps)
I'm using build and the source is still importing, no problem with that.

I will check the API first.
What about the latest development build? Can i just install this setup over the current installation? Or does it require special actions? Like de-install first and re-import all the records? We have a total of 700.000.000 records at the moment, took quite a while to import :-)

Hi Stephan,

Great to hear clearing the issues using the API worked.

Regarding your questions on upgrading to the development build, just install the new version over the top of your existing version. Once upgraded, hard refresh your browser (ctrl + F5).

This will simply upgrade the application, and all your existing data and reports will remain untouched.

However, if you're thinking of upgrading, we will be releasing a new development build in the next 24 hours which I recommend holding off for as it includes a new 'custom report' feature. Stay tuned!
