I'm trying to get an overview report for several subnets, but getting an error that the request is not in the proper format. Here is the string I used for the multiple subnets: OR OR OR OR OR OR OR OR

What is wrong? Is there a limit? I've tried just two subnets and get the same error.

Hey Bill,

Thanks for getting in touch about this and sorry to hear about the subnet error you're receiving.

It looks like you might be typing the 'OR' between subnet values? If so, remove this. Enter one subnet expression ( for example) and press enter. You'll notice the UI update to reflect you've entered that value. Then you can enter another expression and hit enter and so on.

For filters like this that take a little time to fill out, I recommend saving the filter using the 'Save Filter' button (next to the 'Add Filter' button). You can then re-use the filter for future reports (available via the 'Load Filter' button).

I hope this helps! Let me know how you go.

That is exactly what was happening, since that was what the "sample" looked like, but appreciate the very quick response.

Great Customer service.

No problem Bill. Sorry it wasn't clear. We'll look into ways we can improve that experience moving forward!

Thanks again for getting in touch and I hope the subnet report is now providing the information you need.
